The terms, plainly.
Tier 0 · Wishlist
You add a bakery to your city's wishlist, or upvote one already on it. No reward on its own. If it goes live, everyone who voted gets first-night early access, and the person who added it first is treated as a Tier 1 tip.
Tier 1 · Tip
You tell us about a bakery we don't know yet (a Maps link, or a name and an area). We do the rest. Reward: 1 free bag, granted when the bakery's first bag is live on Replate.
Counts if the bakery is not already in our pipeline (we tell you immediately if it is) and goes live within 90 days of your tip. Does not count if someone tipped it before you, or we were already in touch in the last 60 days.
Tier 2 · Contact
You get us the person who can say yes (owner, manager or franchisee) and they know we're calling. Either you share their number with their permission, or you add us to a WhatsApp chat with them. Reward: 1 free bag the day they reply to us, 2 more free bags when the bakery goes live.
Counts if the decision-maker responds to us and confirms you sent us. Does not count if the number is a counter phone, they don't respond within 14 days, or a Tier 2 or 3 referral for that bakery already exists.
Tier 3 · Close
You bring the bakery to yes. The owner messages our partner line using your referral code (it's in the pitch kit you forward them), and our team only has to onboard them. Reward: 1 free bag when they go live, and ₹1,000 to your UPI once they've listed on 7 nights or sold 10 bags, whichever comes first. ₹2,000 if the bakery was on the city's bounty list when you closed it.
Counts if the bakery's first message to us carries your code. Does not count if they came in without your code (then it's Tier 2 if you connected us, Tier 1 if you tipped).
General
One referrer per bakery, first touch wins, and a referral pays out at the highest tier it reaches, not the sum. Free bags: one redemption per night, any outlet, regular bags only, expire 60 days after they're granted, not transferable. Your own bakery isn't a referral, it's onboarding, and we'd love to have you. We can decline any bakery for any reason; if we do, your referral is closed and nothing is owed. Cash rewards need a name and a UPI ID and are paid within 7 days of vesting. "Live" means the bakery's first bag is on Replate, not a contract signed.
